About The Position
SimpliSafe is a high-tech home security company dedicated to protecting the lives of our customers. We are looking for a values-driven leader to oversee our QA Analyst team, which evaluates calls from Monitoring Experience Specialists. The QA Supervisor will lead daily activities, conduct business reviews, and drive continuous improvement in our QA program. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-performing teams and will be responsible for capturing customer insights and translating them into effective training initiatives.
