The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Software Testing and Requirement Services section by ensuring the reliability and accuracy of critical internal and external facing systems. This role is central to a fast‑paced modernization efforts. The team operates in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment focused on system stability, customer service, and seamless transition from legacy platforms. The QA Specialist plays an important role in designing and executing manual and automated tests, validating requirements, identifying defects, and ensuring overall software quality. This position contributes to comprehensive testing across sprint cycles, interfaces, data conversion, accessibility, and end‑to-end processes, while also supporting legacy system stability during transition work. The role helps ensure reliable technology delivery, smooth user experiences, and continuity of essential public services.
