QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist in St. George, Utah, who will review team checklists across the company, ensure standards are upheld, and identify improvements that can be made each month.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in marketing
- Experience in training others
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to correct and confront people and situations
- Professionalism in both appearance and interactions with others
- Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations well
- Compassion and empathy
- Well-organized approach and a detail-oriented eye
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Examine each checklist thoroughly and promptly to verify whether or not department standards are being upheld
- Validate all checklists that are assigned to you
- Complete call and chat evaluations
- Provide instruction on how to improve checklists that are not up to standard
- Train new management of other areas about checklists, call evaluations, and guidelines
- Maintain excellent communication with all departments
- Uphold all company policies
