About The Position

Oversees machine equipment compliance and performance while ensuring consistent installation, maintenance, and regulatory standards across the Cash Depot fleet

Requirements

  • High School Degree/ GED preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, quality assurance experience or internal promotion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant systems.
  • Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
  • Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
  • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and evaluate ATMs and related equipment to ensure cleanliness, functionality, proper installation, and adherence to company standards via picture, service call note review and system of record integrity.
  • Monitor compliance with ADA, EPP, and other regulatory requirements, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Review field service repair performance, ensure consistent quality of technician work, and issue detailed feedback to regional and production managers.
  • Collaborate with upper management and the service management team to drive quality improvements, maintain uniformity across the fleet, and support team development.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to compliance, service performance, and equipment quality.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and checklists to standardize equipment evaluations.
  • Implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to address systemic quality issues and track their effectiveness.
  • Establish key quality performance indicators (KPls) and provide leadership with regular dashboards and analytics on compliance, repairs, and fleet health.
  • Participate in new product and equipment testing to verify functionality, safety, and quality before deployment across the fleet.
  • Support operations through quality control initiatives, collaborating with field service, dispatch, technical support, warehousing, and production teams to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
