About The Position
The Quality Assurance Specialist supports daily operations by ensuring product accuracy, inventory integrity, and process compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, hands‑on experience with parts, and an understanding of how components fit and function.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You Will do: Perform quality checks to ensure parts, kits, and inventory meet accuracy and condition standardsIdentify defects, discrepancies, and process gaps; document and escalate issues as needed Review inventory movement, slotting, and product flow to support operational efficiency Reconcile inventory variances using system data and physical counts Analyze forecasts, trends, and recurring quality issues to support continuous improvement Communicate findings clearly through professional email and system documentation Partner with teams to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence Support grief resolution (root cause analysis and corrective actions)
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a distribution environment
- SAP experience a must
- Strong computer, analytical, and data entry skills
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks
- Possess a customer-oriented attitude
