As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you’ll focus on systematic monitoring, conducting detailed inspections, and applying corrective actions where needed. Champion food safety programs and lead efforts in HACCP, GMP, and allergen control oversight. Identify, report, and solve deviations in quality to maintain our standards of excellence. Engage directly on the plant floor, fostering continuous improvement in product quality. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of plant processes and support SQF certification efforts. Align testing protocols with our quality benchmarks to ensure unmatched product standards.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in quality systems and food safety protocols
- Proficient computing and documentation skills with a knack for detail
- A hands-on approach with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment

- Two-year or Bachelor’s in a scientific field preferred
