As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, handling contract and client purchase follow-up. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our clients. Help new owners comprehend paperwork and contracts, assisting with reservations and ensuring they feel confident about their purchase. Directly responsible for follow-up and post-sale contact with new owners to assist in the reduction of cancels and kicks. Responsible for working closely with the Sales and Hospitality team to maintain a high quality of customer service. Requirements

  • More than 1 year of experience in notarizing contract documents.
  • Nevada Notary Public license.
  • Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of High School Diploma.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare License.
  • Strong ability to efficiently resolve sophisticated customer service issues.

Responsibilities
