About The Position

This is a full-time position, with a standard 75 work hours every two weeks. Responsibilities include: o Work with Trainers and Case Managers to apply ISP Program Templates to individuals in the Therap database o Compare Case Managers’ edited ISP Programs to PCSPs o Send corrective action steps through S-Comms within the Therap database to Case Managers until ISP Programs align with PCSPs o Approve ISP Programs for individuals o Follow up with Case Managers to ensure ISP Programs remain current and do not expire o Read all assigned daily notes in Therap and approve them for billing o Identify and record missing notes o Identify and record any errors or concerns within the note’s narrative o Submit corrective action steps to the applicable department employees through S-Comms o Repeatedly check notes at least weekly until any identified errors are corrected o Become fluent with the Therap database o Produce trend reports SUPERVISORY: Reports to the Director of Compliance and Training initially, may be reassigned after specific objectives of the position are met. This is an evolving position and duties may change. This employee will demonstrate a positive attitude in all situations, will demonstrate a willingness to do what is required for the success of the program, and will uphold the policies and procedures of Orange Grove.

Requirements

  • Needs experience performing a variety of clerical/computer tasks.
  • Needs an understanding of general auditing and compliance activities.
  • Needs to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and work within the guidelines of all applicable governing and funding sources.
  • Good overall physical health and personal stamina.
  • Physical examination, including TB skin test or chest x-ray is required prior to employment.
  • This is a sedentary position requiring repetitive movements using a mouse & keyboard and requiring constant screen viewing.
