The Quality Coordinator position reports to the Head of Quality within the region. This position will support overall functions and compliance for the client within the North America district. Responsibilities include: Working with the project SMEs to develop and monitor new processes, develop Quality Metrics, participate in Pilot Preparations, problem solving, support Site Development, support Site Transitions, conduct new Leadership Quality Training, continuous improvement, manage Process and Pilot Tracker with SME support, report monthly new projects and pilots, and support annual audits.
