About The Position

The Quality Assurance Specialist at Lutheran Services Florida plays a crucial role in supporting the Children's Board Family Resource Center (CBFRC) by managing service delivery tracking systems and analyzing data to ensure program effectiveness. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery, compliance with regulations, and the development of quality assurance practices.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Human Services preferred; Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the human services arena, including 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to understand and monitor contracts.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to develop policies, procedures, and standards for programs.
  • Knowledge of Florida statutes, contract terms, and performance standards.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

  • Bilingual skills for reviewing and translating communications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective mechanisms for timely problem identification and resolution to ensure quality services.
  • Oversee and administer the client Attendance and Needs Tracking System (ANTS).
  • Track client services, volunteer services, facility partnerships, vendors, and consumer surveys.
  • Perform data corrections and entry into the CBHC data system.
  • Ensure program compliance with federal, state, and local laws, contracts, and accreditation standards.
  • Create and produce performance reports for CBFRC leadership.
  • Conduct performance analysis and provide insights on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with monitoring new staff employment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain Program staff HR and medical records, and prepare reports.
  • Act as Time Administrator to ensure accurate timecard submissions.
  • Provide support and technical assistance to meet performance objectives.
  • Respond to data and project management needs of various program managers.
  • Review case records and provide support for external monitoring activities.
  • Maintain staff training and development programs.
  • Support contract compliance and reporting.
  • Establish mechanisms for tracking client services.
