Requirements

• Experience working on Quality Assurance Projects.
• Experience developing reports, notes, and Quality Assurance materials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently/collaboratively and on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong research, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer solution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and provision of logistical support for site visits and site visit support.
• Review past and relevant reports and documents for quality and timeliness of submission.
• Create quality reports and documents in a timely manner.
• Manage meeting schedules and logistics for travel.
• Quality Assurance monitoring and review of reports and training presentation material.
• Responsible for administrative assistance, support, and transfer of communication activities.
• Schedule and attend Quality Assurance Meetings.
• Additional Responsibilities as Determined by Managing Director.
