Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Program Manager provides varied training and support within Day Services, training and support to the programs in Developmental Services. The Quality Assurance PM contributes to Bay Cove’s mission by monitoring designated quality assurance functions to promote accuracy and effectiveness, while maximizing efficiency. This is an exempt position.
