Quality Assurance Program Assistant 100% Onsite - Los Angeles 90056 What We're Looking For: We are seeking a Program Assistant who is primarily responsible for providing administrative and/or clerical support to the Quality Assurance Unit. The position will assist in the areas of file maintenance, requesting case records, copying of files, data entry, scanning documents for internal use.

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum two years administrative or clerical experience.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and customer services skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge and competency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred.
  • Experience collaborating working for a social services program preferred.
  • Medical/ Dental/ Vision - 95% paid by agency
