About The Position

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Process Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring that organizational processes and deliverables for mission-critical FAA systems meet defined quality standards. This position works closely with engineers, developers, and program managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience or Masters degree and 10 years or Associate's degree and 14 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with process modeling and quality management tools (visio, power BI, Jira, etc.).
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with facilitating root cause analysis and tracking corrective action plans to closure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct FAA or NAS configuration management experience.
  • Certifications such as Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) or Six Sigma Green belt / Black belt.
  • Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or aviation-related systems.
  • Experience with collecting and reporting metrics, with emphasis on ensuring data quality.
  • Experience with conducting internal audits.
  • Knowledge of aviation operations or FAA system environments.

Responsibilities

  • Help ensure modernization initiatives and deployed solutions deliver on performance, compliance, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA quality standards, safety frameworks, and federal IT requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by evaluating business and engineering processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate across the program to develop metrics, monitor compliance, and strengthen quality management.
  • Maintain clear and accurate quality documentation, metrics, and reports.
  • Participate in design reviews, readiness assessments, and test evaluations.
  • Support the program's risk and opportunity management system.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $104,000 - $166,000, determined by various factors including experience, education, and geographic location.
  • Eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
