Enjoy the experience of working one-on-one with clients and their families to develop a plan of care through the initial assessment process. Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service. Monitor and Supervise Medication services Occasional delegation to non-licensed staff Present educational in-service and initial trainings Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team Demonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassion Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in Oregon
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills
  • Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities
