MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Monitor to grow our team in Indy. Our heart beats for talents - be one of them! To strengthen our ambitious Quality Assurance Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Quality Assurance Monitor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, along with applicable technical training in the field of Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of one year experience in Quality Assurance Inspections.
• Ability to determine when a problem exists, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Fluent in communication with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret applicable QA Monitor reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, segregation, documentation, and security of printed packaging components during production operations.
• Test production samples and raw materials as required by established MM procedures.
• Communicate with involved parties to understand expectations and resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct random inspections of the production process using established MM procedures.
• Verify line clearance both during and after production.
