  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain metrics to measure quality standards and procedures for production processes and finished products.
  • Recommend quality control standards, policies, and practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control engineers, inspectors and technicians, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the team.
  • Ensure all products meet quality specifications as agreed by customers.
  • Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate the investigation and communication of customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control activities, including inspection records, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
  • Provide input into proposals regarding quality and quality clauses to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in electronic manufacturing or related fields, with at least five years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in inspection, manufacturing methods, and tooling.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Experience in providing input on quality and quality clauses for proposals to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and quality management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Salary range depending on experience: $150,000 to $195,000
