Imagine One is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager 'contingent' on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy, Norfolk, Virginia.
Must establish and maintain a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
Must determine the resources required for quality control.
Must maintain the level of quality throughout the software life cycle.
Conducts formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.
Must be able to perform complex program management tasks and develop standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
Must be able to track, monitor, report, and collaborate with respective teams to close short team and long-term resolutions as a result of audit, incident and/or problem findings.
Must have experience in a Quality Assurance role.
Ten (10) or more years of experience in a managerial role in work involving Quality Management and Quality Audits.
Must have some managing experience.
Must have requirements analysis and software programming experience.
Must have experience with incident and problem management.
Experience with Ship Maintenance and Ship Lifecycle Management Systems.
Familiarity with DoD/DoN acquisition, budgeting, and investment management policies, guides, and regulations.
Knowledge of Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture Framework (DODAF).
Experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), with emphasis on the guidance issued by the DoD Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO).
Operational Activities: Enterprise services, Supply Support, Materials Management, Maintenance Planning, Nuclear Propulsion, Maintenance Execution, Workforce Management, Financial Management, Facilities and Equipment, Product Lifecycle Management and information technology products.
Proficiency in software languages, applications, operating systems, frameworks, integrated data environments and other expertise.
Experience in Software/Systems Engineering using Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Digital Program Office (DPO) SDLC tools like Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, Mendix, UIPath, Katalon.
Experience in Application Test and Evaluation, particularly unit testing and integration testing.
Knowledge in Asset Management: government documents, hardware, software (to include license agreements).
Experience in Modification/maintenance/installation/integration of an interfaced enterprise solution of GOTS software products.
Knowledge of Information Assurance – DoD/DoN IA requirements and industry best practices.
Experience in IT Infrastructure Support – hosted environment operations.
Experience in System Administration – sys admin, help desk support, trouble ticket resolution.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
