Imagine One is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager 'contingent' on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy, Norfolk, Virginia.

  • Must establish and maintain a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
  • Must determine the resources required for quality control.
  • Must maintain the level of quality throughout the software life cycle.
  • Conducts formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.
  • Must be able to perform complex program management tasks and develop standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
  • Must be able to track, monitor, report, and collaborate with respective teams to close short team and long-term resolutions as a result of audit, incident and/or problem findings.
  • Must have experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in a managerial role in work involving Quality Management and Quality Audits.
  • Must have some managing experience.
  • Must have requirements analysis and software programming experience.
  • Must have experience with incident and problem management.
  • Experience with Ship Maintenance and Ship Lifecycle Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with DoD/DoN acquisition, budgeting, and investment management policies, guides, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture Framework (DODAF).
  • Experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), with emphasis on the guidance issued by the DoD Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO).
  • Operational Activities: Enterprise services, Supply Support, Materials Management, Maintenance Planning, Nuclear Propulsion, Maintenance Execution, Workforce Management, Financial Management, Facilities and Equipment, Product Lifecycle Management and information technology products.
  • Proficiency in software languages, applications, operating systems, frameworks, integrated data environments and other expertise.
  • Experience in Software/Systems Engineering using Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Digital Program Office (DPO) SDLC tools like Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, Mendix, UIPath, Katalon.
  • Experience in Application Test and Evaluation, particularly unit testing and integration testing.
  • Knowledge in Asset Management: government documents, hardware, software (to include license agreements).
  • Experience in Modification/maintenance/installation/integration of an interfaced enterprise solution of GOTS software products.
  • Knowledge of Information Assurance – DoD/DoN IA requirements and industry best practices.
  • Experience in IT Infrastructure Support – hosted environment operations.
  • Experience in System Administration – sys admin, help desk support, trouble ticket resolution.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
