The Manager of Quality Assurance will be responsible for developing and implementing the vision and strategy for a transformational total quality system approach and leading a culture of quality through the implementation of best practices; a strong QMS; and quality improvement programs. This position will be expected to identify high-level quality improvement opportunities; including systems, philosophies, techniques, and processes; provide leadership to propose and drive solutions. Requires highly collaborative behavior with other departments. Incumbents must have a customer-focused mindset and be comfortable interacting with customers in diverse markets and geographies.
