About The Position
The Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations in our production processes. They will oversee quality control procedures and work closely with production teams to maintain the integrity of ERP, SaaS and Custom solutions. Frequent interaction with internal and external users including staff, clients and management where courtesy, tact, cooperation and negotiation is required to problem solve user issues.
