About The Position
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a QA Manager II to manage and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance activities with various levels of risk and complexity within a variety of scopes across a single site. The role involves confirming requests for quality support from the site, communicating policies and procedures, and serving as a proactive liaison with customers for quality assurance across site(s). The QA Manager will develop, manage, and oversee site quality resources while supporting regional and sector QA and Regulatory Compliance initiatives as required. This position also supports validated processes applicable for regulated hardware, equipment, and software systems.
