As a Quality Assurance Lab Technician for Cirkul, you will perform hands-on wet lab testing and quality verification in a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for testing water quality, raw materials, and finished product samples to ensure all products meet internal quality standards and food safety requirements. You will collect samples from production lines, conduct lab analyses, and accurately document results to support consistent product quality.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, laboratory testing, or water quality testing (manufacturing or food & beverage preferred)
• Experience performing wet lab tests such as pH, conductivity, titration, turbidity, or similar analytical methods is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and report lab data
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data entry tools
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and food safety protocols
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a production facility during shifts
• Ability to climb stairs and access production areas when collecting samples
• Commitment to maintaining strict safety, quality, and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Collecting water and product samples from production lines and performing laboratory testing such as microbial analysis, pH, conductivity, turbidity, and other quality checks.
• Accurately recording lab results and monitoring trends to ensure products meet established specifications.
• Preparing lab equipment, maintaining testing supplies, calibrating instruments, and ensuring all testing procedures are performed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identifying out-of-specification results, documenting findings, and escalating potential quality concerns to supervisors or QA leadership.
• Partnering closely with production, sanitation, and quality teams to communicate testing results and support overall product quality and compliance.
• Following strict food safety and laboratory protocols while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment.
• Helping ensure that every product produced meets Cirkul’s quality standards so customers receive a safe, consistent product every time.
