About The Position

Help ensure excellence at every step as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Ortho Molecular Products. In this vital role, you’ll protect product integrity by performing hands‑on, on-the-floor inspections that keep our manufacturing processes safe, compliant, and consistently audit‑ready. This is a 1st Shift Position: Monday – Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm in Stevens Point, WI.

Nice To Haves

Preferred qualifications include a BS/BA in a related science field or an Associate degree in Quality Assurance, along with experience in scientific or regulatory industries (e.g., manufacturing, dietary supplements).
Basic knowledge of quality systems and/or quality auditing
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP, Regulations 21 CFR Part 111
ASQ certification desirable
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (includes Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), experience in SharePoint, and ERP systems desired

Responsibilities

Conduct line clearance and pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment, rooms, and components are properly prepared
Review of GMP documentation (i.e., batch paperwork) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations, ensuring resolution before product release
Collaborate with Manufacturing operators and supervisors to resolve deviations or issues
Assist in the development of corrective and preventative actions
Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring all steps are completed and deviations reported properly
Identify and report defective products or materials, working closely with production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Operate in a safe manner while performing all duties including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the components and products are being produced according to specifications.
