About The Position

Overview: Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility. Key Responsibilities: Integrity Testing: Perform automated pressure-decay leak tests on gloves using testing units. Visual Inspection: Conduct thorough manual inspections for physical defects or degradation prior to automated testing. Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of test results (pass/fail) in accordance with SOP and data integrity principles. Troubleshooting: Identify and report equipment errors or seal failures; assist in determining if a failure is due to a glove defect or a tester positioning error. Maintenance: Ensure SKAN units are properly charged, cleaned, and stored appropriately. Inspecting: Inspecting cleanroom garments. Skills and Abilities: Technical Literacy: Ability to operate computerized testing equipment and navigate digital interfaces for data entry. Attention to Detail: High visual acuity to detect minute tears, punctures, or particulate contamination. Physical Reach: Ability to extend arms fully and perform overhead reaching to access glove ports within RABS or Isolator units. Standing/Stationary Position: Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) within a segregated processing environment. Proven work ethic, positive attitude and a team player who enjoys a challenge. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with exception attention to detail Ability to work with all company software used to manage and maintain gloves and customer garments. Position involves repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift; Requires bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, and lifting; Requires the use of hands for grasping and other manipulations; Requires standing and walking for long periods of time.

  • Standing/Stationary Position: Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) within a segregated processing environment.
  • Proven work ethic, positive attitude and a team player who enjoys a challenge.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with exception attention to detail
  • Ability to work with all company software used to manage and maintain gloves and customer garments.
  • Up to 1 year experience
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
