The Quality Assurance Inspector has the primary responsibility of testing and monitoring the quality and food safety of production lines, finished products, juice tankers, and apple processing, to ensure compliance with established Martinelli specifications and guidelines and will work with the department head and other department members to create SOPs, GMPs SSOPs policies and logs to help mitigate the potential risk of food safety and quality incidents.
