Focus on quality, accuracy, productivity and associate motivation with emphasis on monitoring consistency, effective feedback, and accurate tracking. Review any paperwork discrepancies or deficiencies with the Sales Executive and/or Sales Manager. Review details of contracts with customers. Thoroughly review loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensures proper completion. Leverage resources for providing service to guests and Owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors) in an effective manner. Fulfill requests from Owners regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Bilingual required: English / Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
