About The Position

The Quality Assurance Engineer for Visual Search at Amazon will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by ensuring the quality of innovative features related to visual search and augmented reality in the Amazon Mobile Shopping app. This position involves close collaboration with software engineers, QA engineers, and product managers to test and automate cutting-edge features, contributing to the mission of building the world's best visual shopping experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
• BS degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience in automation testing.
• Experience scripting or coding.
• Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium.
• Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Own testing responsibilities of the Amazon Mobile Shopping app for Visual Search and Augmented Reality features.
• Create Test plan/Test cases and define automation strategy.
• Work with Development teams on a daily basis.
• Deliver features to Production.
• Conduct regression testing with automation in the CI/CD pipeline.
