Role Review: As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will own quality across complex cloud-native and AI-driven systems. You’ll partner with engineering, data, and DevOps teams to embed automation into every layer of the stack.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles
- Strong coding skills (Typescript preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Hands-on experience testing microservices and APIs
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence engineering quality
Nice To Haves
- Experience validating LLM-based applications
- Observability tools like Datadog or Grafana
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end-to-end automation strategies for APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
- Develop test frameworks for cloud-native systems and distributed services
- Validate data integrity across databases, streams, and analytics platforms
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and deployment workflows
- Mentor engineers and champion automation best practices
- Analyze production issues and help prevent regressions
