Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our management staff with ensuring that internal business productivity and quality are being upheld to a high industry standard.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to provide effective feedback both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Monitor agent inbound/outbound calls
• Assess calls for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
• Review agent files for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
• Identify re-training and coaching opportunities
• Effectively communicate coaching opportunities through the proper channels
• Support internal quality control policy and procedures
• Track performance at department, team and individual levels
• Other duties as assigned
