Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Duties: The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator plays an integral part in the overall functioning of the facility by monitoring and auditing the identified standards of person-served care as well as the quality of the entire electronic health record. The QA Coordinator will ensure quality improvement standards are up to date and in compliance with the facility's level of care. This position encompasses aspects of staff development, infection control, medical records, and quality improvement to effectively collaborate with the QA committee and program at the facility level. The QA Coordinator is responsible for monitoring overall compliance with these aspects as they relate to current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. About the Campus: Crestwood Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center located in Angwin, amidst the beautiful hills of the Napa Valley. Requirements

  • A degree in a health-related field and/or two years’ experience in health care education.
  • Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, and CARF.
  • Ability to engage in performance improvement data collection, analysis, and implementation of QA plans.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year of experience in medical records and/or quality improvement is preferred.
  • Experience working with health care agencies and/or regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities
