About The Position

Sentara Home Care Services is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator with the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Overview Ensure that products and services meet established quality standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes, identify areas for improvement, and work with other departments to address quality issues. Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. May provide training and support to team members to ensure quality is maintained throughout the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Level Degree (required)
  • 1 year experience in Healthcare Quality Improvement or Data Analysis (required)
