About The Position
The sole responsibility of a Quality Assurance Coach/Trainer is to ensure that high-quality, expanded learning programs are consistently delivered to our students through coaching and supporting Site Coordinators. As a Quality Assurance Coach/Trainer, you will model professionalism and leadership for Site Coordinators, provide staff development training and follow-up coaching and support to ensure that they are best prepared to teach, help, inspire, and nurture our students. The Quality Assurance Coach/Trainer is the program support to ensure that Site Coordinators are fully prepared to create quality expanded learning programs. This allows each of our students to experience: 1) physical and emotional safety, 2) positive student-to-student and student-to-adult relationships, 3) engaging and relevant academic and enrichment activities, 4) growth in academic achievement, 5) and opportunities for youth leadership.
