About The Position

This role, located in our Work Ready program in Center City Philadelphia. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalency and 3 years data entry or related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).
• Willingness to learn JEVS specific database.
• Must be able to type 60 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Completes data entry into AIMS/CWDS, and internal databases.
• Coordinates with QA Referrals Specialist to ensure new referrals and packets are received into the file room.
• Communicates with clinical staff regarding files and file room.
• Maintains records of, and tracks all files in file room and in storage.
• Communicates with Supervisor of Quality Assurance as issues arise.
• Audits files.
• Assists in the training of new staff on how to complete and maintain files.
