Highlights of your role Audit windows and doors across multiple production lines to ensure top‑tier product quality Train and support line associates in understanding and applying Quality Standards Drive continuous improvement by helping develop, implement, and validate new process enhancements Provide supervisors with fast, actionable feedback on any quality issues identified on the production floor You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) High School Diploma/GED required –Six months to one year of related experience. Prior quality experience, certifications and training preferred but not required. Participate and chip in a team environment, possess self-motivating skills, and be diligent and honest. Ability to problem solve, train, direct, and communicate effectively. Have proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities.
