Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least six months of experience in a warehouse or quality-related role
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to follow processes and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs such as Outlook and Excel
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified within one week of hire
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to safely operate tools and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to accurately distinguish colors, shades, and finishes in fabrics and materials to ensure product consistency and quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on inspections while standing and moving throughout production and warehouse areas
  • Lift and or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds as needed to support inspection activities
  • Work regularly with fabric, finished goods, and inspection tools in a hands-on environment
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, color variations, or inconsistencies
  • Follow established quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Support daily production and distribution operations through reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain organized work and inspection areas
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
