About The Position

The IMA Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our medical and psychological health assessments. Our new Quality Assurance Assistant will work closely with our team to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and processes to uphold our commitment to the highest standards.
The starting salary for this position is $19 an hour with benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent typing skills.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience in report processing

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience or education related to the medical and/or legal field

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks on medical and psychological exam reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assist in providing feedback to new providers on report structure.
• Document and report on quality assurance activities and findings.
