About The Position

Our brand rests on the quality of the product and the efficiency of our operations. Our QA and Safety Manager is responsible for helping Frazil maintain our quality and safety as we grow by serving as our primary reviewer of product quality and being our resident authority for food and physical safety. On a given day, you may be testing product batches, ensuring all products are within food safety regulations, completing quality checks throughout the production line, or reviewing and implementing quality assurance improvements. You may also be training on and implementing new safety measures for the team. You will be responsible for quality assurance and physical safety from material sourcing through to packaging along with all documentation related to quality checks, machine calibration, testing, etc. This is a salaried position with paid time off and holidays.
