Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm Work Day: Monday – Friday Possible Travel Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support deliverable quality, compliance, and documentation standards for a federal client. The QA Specialist will ensure products meet contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance within a services or deliverables environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to review documentation for consistency and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Quality Control Plans (QCP) / Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP)
- Experience supporting federal or DoD contracts
- Audit readiness or compliance review experience
Responsibilities
- Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Verify adherence to contract standards and client expectations
- Support audit readiness initiatives and documentation control
- Maintain QA processes, checklists, and review procedures
- Identify risks, deficiencies, and process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues
- Track corrective actions and ensure closure
