Requirements

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: Brokerage Services experience, training, and/or education.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
• Basic understanding of test automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand business requirements and ensure they are reflected in the test plans.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of the Salesforce systems and other Brokerage Services applications.
• Execute test cases, report defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new developments.
• Utilize data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential quality issues.
