The Quality Assurance Analyst II role builds on the foundational responsibilities of a level 1 analyst by being a key contributor to the integrity and reliability of our products and services. The purpose of this role is to go beyond basic testing and proactively identify complex issues in our applications to ensure a seamless and accurate experience for our clients. The analyst is responsible for owning testing efforts for new features and complex integrations, leading to a more robust and scalable product. The desired outcome is a higher level of product quality that minimizes post-launch issues, solidifies client trust, and contributes to the long-term success of our document delivery solutions.
