Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, BIS, CIS, or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Quality Assurance experience involving business reporting and web applications.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements into detailed test scenarios.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, & Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and notation skills.
  • Comfort working with sensitive or confidential data while adhering to security and governance standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience defining Quality Assurance full life cycle processes.
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally within Financial Services Cloud.
  • Exposure and experience in a .NET environment.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum SDLC and QA best practices.
  • Exposure to test automation tools (e.g. Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Stellium, or Playwright)

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate business requirements.
  • Define and document testing strategy for each software and/or report deliverable.
  • Construct SQL queries to support validation of defined testing strategies.
  • Test for data quality and user interface functionality.
  • Support Salesforce release cycles, ensuring testing is completed and acceptance criteria are met prior to deployment.
  • Validate Salesforce functionality and data flows to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards applicable to financial services.
  • Partner with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders during sprint planning, refinement, and UAT.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing, including test coordination, issue triage, and validation of fixes.
  • Construct user and “How to” guides for software and report releases.
  • May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
