Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties for the Quality Assurance & Total Quality Management department
  • Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word
  • Prepare and manage spreadsheets, data entry, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Develop and maintain presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with team members through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Utilize OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Monday.com for file management and sharing
  • Conduct and manage virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams
  • Provide training to team members as needed
  • Maintain department page on Southern Central
  • Analyze on-call logs in ADP
  • Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed
  • Comply with Southern Management's policies and procedures
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by the Director
