YOUR ROLE In this fixed term role (till April, 2027), you will support the Quality & Compliance Manager in operating and improving the Compliance and Quality System to ensure products, services and processes meet regulatory, certification and customer requirements. The role focuses on customer complaint and non-conformance processing, supplier compliance, certifications (HACCP, FSC), audit readiness, and quality data reporting, working cross-functionally to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, operations, or a related field, with exposure to supply chain or industrial environments considered advantageous
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and reports
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate people
  • A strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Quality support & customer focus: collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance; assist with customer complaints and maintain the NCR/Complaint Register.
  • Non-conformance & CAPA: monitor and report non-conforming product/processes in CRM, coordinate quarantine/segregation, and assist with root cause and corrective action and risk management.
  • Record-keeping & documentation: maintain accurate audit results, non-conformances and compliance records; assist in the management of Policies, Procedures and other Quality documentation and records.
  • Compliance & auditing: support internal audits and participate in external audits (HACCP/FSC/regulatory); follow up findings to verified closure.
