To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. Position Summary The Quality and Training Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the quality and training programs for the Iowa Park plant. This individual is responsible for managing and implementing quality systems and facilitates compliance inspections. They manage QA operations to support manufacturing, testing and releasing raw materials, semi-finished materials and finished product under FDA standards and internal procedures. They responsible for implementing the manufacturing training standards and methodology throughout the site and act as a training champion, driving talent development throughout the organization.
