Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a detail-driven, self-motivated Quality and Education Coordinator to support our hospice and home health programs. This role is essential to ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality improvement, and coordinating staff education. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and analytical, with a strong eye for accuracy and a passion for supporting excellence in patient care. If you enjoy working independently, managing data, and helping teams stay compliant and well-trained, this may be the role for you. This is a full-time, benefited position, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a minimum starting wage of $18.00/hour.
