The Quality and Compliance Manager leads the organization’s quality improvement, quality assurance, and compliance functions within a complex, interdisciplinary healthcare environment. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, auditing, and evaluating systems that ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and continuous performance improvement. The position provides direct oversight of the Quality & Compliance Team and works collaboratively with organizational leadership to promote a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
