About The Position

We are looking for a talented Quality Analyst – Shipping to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Inc. facility in Whiteland, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure accurate, timely documentation and data entry that supports informed decision-making for the team, department, or organizational leaders. Improve operational efficiency by researching information, preparing statistical reports, and responding effectively to routine and complex information requests. Maintain data integrity by gathering, verifying, and compiling information across reports, presentations, forms, databases, and spreadsheets. Enable smooth daily operations by coordinating meetings, conference calls, correspondence, and visitor interactions with minimal supervision. Serve as a reliable point of contact by responding to or redirecting internal and external inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally. Support financial and vendor processes by preparing payment documentation, submitting requests in accounting systems, and resolving related inquiries. Strengthen consistency and compliance by documenting, maintaining, and updating departmental policies and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in business improvement projects and acting as an informal resource for less-experienced colleagues.
