Assists with the collection of data and analysis as required to maintain certifications or ensuring optimal reimbursement of services provided. 3. Assists with development and implementation of patient safety or quality improvement initiatives and assuring success of through the use of appropriate tools to help problem solve and benchmark. Identifies strategic opportunities for improving preventative screening rates, chronic disease management, and customer satisfaction through rigorous data analysis. 4. Assists with core measure and registry abstraction, analysis, improvement, and data submission. 5. Provides assistance in analyzing performance data and trends to achieve enterprise-wide Performance Improvement goals ensuring that data is accurate, meaningful, and easily interpreted. 6. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in abstracting clinical information and proficiency in the required data abstraction tools. 7. Accurately interpret data definitions and communicate both verbally and in writing to key leaders to facilitate improvements. 8. Track and validate data accuracy and timeliness. 9. Perform assurance tasks such as inter-rater reliability.
