Under the direction of the Quality Manager(s) this position performs administrative duties for the Quality Department. Duties include, but not limited to: UKG, SAP, PMAP, and ETQ administration, work order related data management, expense reporting and daily procurement related assistance for Quality consumables. Position will also work with Quality Engineers to facilitate completion of necessary internal and customer filings. Will train to backup Quality Specialist to complete customer certifications required to ship materials. You will have the opportunity to: SAP, ETQ and PMAP data entry and administration Complete and distribute required customer forms. Supply ordering through Ariba & SAP Fill out Stores Requests and maintain department consumables Performing monthly consumables inventory on chemicals and maintain on site inventory Organize, update, and maintain SOP/TWI books Update MDI boards and run production reports Assist with other administrative tasks and expense reporting REQUIREMENTS: Requires a High School Diploma or GED Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-mail required Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. Ability to communicate well with employees at every level in both written and oral formats Must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced setting Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under deadlines The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
