As our largest Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), The Commons is home to over 85 residents, offering a dynamic environment where personalized care is our highest priority. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for a diverse community of men and women living in both shared and private settings. You won't just ensure compliance; you will mentor a team of direct care staff and collaborate within a system that provides 24/7 nursing support to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Valid IL driver's license.
